Per link below, there is no proven link between whale mortality and wind farms. NOAA Fisheries says the same thing. I wonder if there were anti-sub or other sonar operations in that area. Shipboard sonar definitely affects whales ability to navigate and the US Navy plans its training activities around migration patterns now.
