Drastically reduces litter box cleaning. It is relatively quiet and easy to use. When there has been an issue customer service was helpful. Only problem is that sometimes cats are hesitant to use it. We have 8 cats (long story)….6 use them, 2 don’t. We are still working on that. That said, I highly recommend the Litter Robot. Tips….Buy it from Costco.com (includes a bunch of supplies and extended warranty). Get LR3 not LR 4.
