It’s not that at all. Trafficking has gone through the roof. Lots of

places where they’re not even being reactive. Dallas has places that are 100% latino and they are pretty much openly trafficking- directly tied to prostitution and drugs. Right up the 69 to 281 to 35. It has only gotten worse over the last three years (for whatever reason) and LE is not addressing it enough imo. But they’re also task saturated.
