Agree with that. A visit to the ER is a good idea.
Anxiety, disrupted sleep, and hallucinations can also be caused by low oxygen levels.
The generalized bad feeling, fever, nausea, "flu like" symptoms are side effects of the body's own immune response. Specific symptoms of the infection won't show up until later.
Definitely a good idea to see a doctor.
