I've heard those stories. We just did a walk throught back in September.

It looked okay. But here is one thing that I think happened. They clogged up the septic tank which caused back up. Nevermind that I had warned them numerous times about the fat found in the septic tank and that it was just pumped out last October. Then whole septic system was replaced in 2015. This would be the third time that they have clogged the septic tank in four years.
