The police and FBI interviewed him multiple times and did nothing. Nothing until he followed through on his threats and killed a bunch of his classmates. Concerned citizens need to report these people, and the police need to take action. There's a big difference between a "he said, she said" argument, and when there's credible evidence someone is going to do something purely evil. Interview and assess the first, and actually do something with the second.
