At least twice that to fix it up & bring it up to code. Then the cost to heat that beast will be huge. I’m not sure what it could be used for. It seems like the craft bear craze has slowed but it could’ve been a cool craft brewery / restaurant. You could also rent to food truck types vendors, minus the trucks. Whoever buys it better have deep pockets. I wouldn’t be surprised if it sits on the market a long time & ultimately sells for even less.
