I spend quite a bit of time in Vienna...you need much more than 2 days...

I would spend minimum 3 days. (Schonbrunn Palace, Old Town, Royal Apartments, etc) Bratislava is nice to check off a country, but if fails compared to Vienna so I would skip. If you are interested in Innsbruck and Berchtesgaden (Eagles Nest), I would focus on Munich as a base: And yes, spend way too much time in this area also as I love this area. My humble suggestion: May 25 - fly to Munich May 26 - Munich May 27 - Munich and take train to Salzburg in the evening May 28 - Salzburg - and during summer trip to Hallstat May 29 - Eagles Nest (much easier from here timewise compared to Munich) May 30 - early train to Innsbruck (1 day is enough, but take the lift up to get a great view) May 31st - Garmisch - Partenkirchen (see the old Winter Olympics and do the Partnach gorge walk...just so beautiful) June 1st - day trip to Neuschwanstein (wife loved it) and then Zugspitz for great views with fresh beer...take late train to Munich and stay near the airport I frankly would replace Innsbruck with Nuremberg... But open for any questions
