The museums at or near the Hofburg alone could take you 2-3 weeks

Pretty sure it was the Weltmuseum I went to a couple years ago that had amazing displays of musical instruments and combat and other armor from the last few thousand years. Incredible. The Globe Museum was small but fascinating. And when the museums close, rent some ice skates and take a spin through the Wiener Eistraum in front of the Rathaus. Never done anything like that before.
