Another Follow Up US Virginia Islands-ish Trivia Question

What was the name of the guy across the hall from JoesterVT in Lee Hall in 1990, that hailed from St. Thomas? If you think you know this one, I'll have to take your word for it. I can't remember his name...just that he was from St. Thomas and wiped bloody boogers on the wall beside his bed.
