It's not very serious, scientific wise? I quit about half way through #6... but nothing presented was alarming or concerning. Even taken at face value, none of the concerns mention come close to the concern of purposely consuming ethanol, an actual poison. You cant be worried about traces of glyphosate and caramel color when purposely consuming ethanol at a fairly high concentration. I have a minor in chemistry and have been drinking beer all day and feel pretty qualified to opine on this topic.
