Concidentally, saw a Toyota Corolla this morning that was a rust bucket...

but had "historic" license plate on it. Yeah, read up on that, seems to be an increasing problem: "Blackiston explained why so many drivers have registered under this designation: "No inspection, no vehicle emissions. Cheaper registration, less expensive insurance." and in fact, they just changed the rules this past summer to make it '99 or earlier. the idea is that you driv them in parades, not on I95. Otoh, if the car is 25+ years old, shows you what reliable cars they made. And yes, that picture is sleek looking.
