4 minutes
5 minutes late is disrespectful to anyone waiting. Most show up within 1-2 so can be expected. Waiting the extra 1-2 shows you tried but have other responsibilities to attend to.
I will say, if it is actually someone I want to speak to I'll just leave the video up for 15 or so while doing something else but most of the time fall off at 4 minutes. Mostly to set a expectations that if your late we'll have to move
