He needs to focus when driving. Not everyone is good at it, but it seems

like it's mostly parking or slow type of stuff here. You need to find a threat of some sort that forces him to focus or find if it's seeing etc? Maybe a car with all sorts of collision warning stuff around it? I know my wife had this issue when she was younger and her parents cut her off the insurance and she had to pay for her own while at VT.....
