If in Virginia contact the VT AG Extension Service

They will have an expert on ground water maintenance. My bf down here is an experienced tree farm owner who has made one in his lifetime and he knows a lot of farmers in Bama who have them. They use Auburn Extension for water testing and additive recommendations.
