guide that comes with the new bulbs to help you with bypassing the ballast. I’ve done it in two of our closets so far.
You do need a little DIY skill if you plan to do this because it is electrical rewiring. But you’re not going to go 220 so there’s no need to drink heavily and buy a Mac.

Just disconnect the ballasts in the fixture. Those LED tubes have onboard>
