tools exist, but it's easy to do for yourself...
Not that anything is really private any more, but those tools work because you put in all of your payment accounts...bank accounts, credit cards, etc....and then they scan your accounts to find the subscriptions. It's easy enough to sit down and do it yourself, and you don't give all of your info to yet another third part(s).
