I have had the Joule and Anova
the Joule worked well but broke after 1.5 years. The Anova has been going strong for 3+ years, but i have done some repair work on it. I dont care about wife or bluetooth, but i would suggest the most power you can get IF, like me, you are heating up and circulating a large amount of water. since i dont think they are the most durable items, i think kj is on to something- go most power and a lower priced model
