Gotta be a scam...
seems like they've just completed a cycle where they have created a central identification system the then allows you into a site, I forget which one is newer, I think ID.me. There's no way they would allow otherwise. if you hit that button I would assume you'd see a login page. if not scam.
They probably would, however, send you statements by mail. Haven't got there yet to know though.
ID.me can be used with state stuff to I think.
