no, but had a similar thing with my delta account a couple years ago
they changed the email and phone number so I never got notifications. Then they used miles (only about 12k, so no big deal) to buy crap from the marketplace. My biggest complaint to delta was why they didn't send an email to the old email when the email on the account was changed...that is like basic security 101 level stuff.
The advantage there is they have an account number so I was able to get the account back even though the email was the login.
