I had a kumquat tree when I lived in CA. When I cut the lawn in the back
yard, each time I passed the tree, I picked one and ate it. After about 5, the acid really hit my teeth. I thought they were coming out. After that would have a Korean kid who was in my group come over and help himself. He and his family loved them. Walked away with about 25 pounds and it didn't look like he was even there. Big tree. They are pretty good preserved.
