Well, an 8" Wusthof chef's knife goes for $150-170 but.....
I don't know if this knife is really comparable. As previously stated by others, steel quality is very important but the other thing that matters to experienced users is the balance of the knife.
Are you looking to sell this to mid-to-high end users, or is the target the novice who thinks they are getting a deal at $60-75?
