My one and only experience with Buc-ee's was not positive. Granted, it was probably an outlier, but we stopped at the one in Florence, SC back in June and it was complete chaos. There were at least 500 vehicles in the parking lot, and probably 300-400 people inside the store. The bathroom lines were probably 50 people long. We struggled to find an open gas pump, struggled to find a parking spot, and when we walked inside, we saw how packed it was and said "Nope!" and turned around and walked out. I probably won't make any effort to go back...not worth it, in my opinion.
