YoYos below obviously have led a deprived childhood and never had good
persimmon pudding! I found a persimmon tree last year and was too lazy to stratify seeds to get them to germinate. Instead, let nature do it and early spring collected several sprouting seeds and a few seedlings and planted them. Ready now to transplant onto a tract of land I own. May get some persimmon pudding in a few yrs! Where I lived previous to moving to the beach I had “ secret sources”!
