Wouldn't think so because only 60k with fairly low stands that aren't very steep. That's what makes Lane so loud. High, steep stands and field down in a pit. Holds the sound in well. I can see how Huskie Stadium is loud. The way it's built just holds it in. Coincidentally the Seahawks Stadium does as well. On the flip side, Michigan Stadium stands are so flat. They go out away from the field and not very high.

Being there is an experience, EXTREMELY LOUD. It is not a cookie cutter stadium. Seahawks stadium is quite noisy.
Just wait until the Buffalo BIlls new stadium opens up this year. IT is designed for noise.
