Morris attorney's claim, it was a mental health issue that deserves an extra year. (too much issues at one of his previous schools).. It was a REALLLLL stretch.
This effort was blatent effort by morris team (yes its a business of agent, attorney and support staff) to see if they could squeeze another year of NIL (with clemson, dad's the OC there).....
THis was an issue for UVA, they had gone on, had the qb's for next year, and the guy who they thought would not return was wanting to come back.

this process took 3 months and Morris can still appeal it, so do you think that Morris would have been able to sue the NCAA again, win and survive an appeal, or lose and get it overturned on appeal, all in 4 months?
