So many great openings but they come with a ton of pressure.
At some point in the $MMs salary extra money isn't worth the misery so it cannot be about the money if you're already rolling in tens of $millions

But it will have to be a huge salary bump ($5M+ bump over his current salary) to get him to jump.

At some point quality of life has to matter for everyone. He’s nearing untouchable status in Oxford where he’d be at risk of being put out after year one if UF doesn’t immediately succeed. He’s making millions now and can do whatever he wants. I don’t see an upside to leaving barring some family tie to Florida that I’m not familiar with.
