And how tough is these conferences ? ACC was known to be a weak conference, and didn't make lot big bowl games because of that. VT joined the ACC in 2004 with some others to make it a stronger conference in football ! there's a fact that most have forgotten. Tobacco Road run the ACC and wanted just Carolinia teams being their paycheck with Basketball.. and VT's schedule in the 90's till the ACC was Big East..
