"For those customers with tickets purchased from StubHub or other secondary market providers, any refunds will be issued from the point of purchase once the Virginia Tech process is complete"
So, I take that to mean that the Season ticket holder has to receive their $ from VT before someone who bought those seats on Stubhub can get reimbursed. Not sure but that is how I interpret that line in the VT memo I got
