He has one of the worst decision making abilities in college FB that I've

ever seen. Hiring 2 of his inexperienced unqualified personal friends as OC and DC and somehow thinking that would be good for VT was a disaster entirely of his own making. Its also one of the worse examples of cronyism out there. He was given an expanded hiring budget to go out and get the best assistants. Instead of that, all he did was use that extra budget to hike up the salaries of his undeserving friends to levels commensurate with assistants with many years of experience, something they didn't have.
