Bizarro; What if 'student athletes’ had to pass PSATh to become students?

Bizarro athletics. If the goal were to have a 'Championship in Intelligence,' should we require recruits to have minimum a PSATh (Professional Student AThletic exam)? Obviously, with a teen obesity rate now exceeding 17% (that’s obesity rate, not to address far higher rate of overweight kids), colleges all but ignore physical well being of their subjects. Too much coffee. [It occurs to me there was, in the 1950s a TV show called the “College Bowl” (it ran 31 years) in which two colleges would field a team of students to answer difficult, obscure questions. Hmmm, interesting the only ‘college bowls’ we now have are among student athletes who, largely, view knowledge as a complication.]

Or perhaps, misidentifying minor league FB with supposed academics.
