Good for Campbell - clear upgrade (for him - them……no way) But, he is the benefactor of the knee jerk firing with no plan and I guess the hubris of thinking many top coaches would vie for the gig. Then James Franklin signs a bunch of their players and they get 2 signees. Alas “we gotta do something or the portal will continue the exodus”. These folks if they were set on firing Franklin “needed” a “yes” in hand from their top 1-2 targets. If they wanted Elko, should had a hard yes from him before firing Franklin. Matt Campbell inherits this mess and the idiots who set it in motion. When we think of the issues we feel with our Athletic Department, remember these clowns.
