Job Description: Ability to navigate unreasonable expectations for National Championship. Ability to convince recruits to begin coming to Penn State once again. Ability to overcome large scale recruit migration outside state of Pennsylvania. Ability to work with unreasonable management team who fires coaches with previous year playoff success. Ability to fill role for 1-2 years max, as you will be fired as soon as we can find someone better in following year or two. Ability to understand that this job will destroy your college coaching resume once we are done with you. Note: We have given up on hiring a top level college coach. We are now looking for a splash hire from NFL to find a big name that is no longer relevant in the NFL and will not really be too interested in fixing our recruiting problems.
