Law of averages, another take; Va Tech averaging 1 loss per decade to uVa

Va Tech has only lost in 2003 and 2019 this century. Once per decade and zip in 4 this third decade. So, maybe this year uVa will have their big game. I’m not buying it but after this year it will be James Franklin vs Tony Elliott on a competitive NIL field. I like that match up.
