If VT had another $20m annually to spend, how would you spend it?

Coaches, players, facilities, certain sports, other? For reference, VT had $139m in total athletic department revenue in 2023. In general the annual VT revenue is middle class for ACC public schools and lower middle class across all the P5 public schools.
