I have a theory that young managers, and coaches, hire people that they have close relationships with because they have that experience of togetherness.. it is evident that VT is being out coached Is this the coordinators who don’t have much gray? Are they too young? If the Hokies are fortunate enough to go 6-6 again will key players transfer out? Does this QB have it in him to have accuracy? Is it coaching, QB talent or a combination? When VT gets dominated and cannot make adjustments in time to make a difference and we are clearly being beat in key areas by lower to mid level Big 10 team and a lower level SEC team VT has problems. VT is just not a very good program any more. I remember but younger people cannot when VT was a very good team?
