Recruiting continues to worsen under Pry. Ranking of 52nd

is by far the worst recruiting record so far. Even the transfer portal ranking is pretty bad at 68th. #42 - 2022 #44 - 2023 #52 - 2024 Pry may have bought himself a year or 2 with slightly improved record at the end of last year, but it doesn't change the trajectory of the program. Unless he can recruit better, than all that is going to happen is the continued depletion of talent at VT by Pry and longterm downtrend of the program. If he can continue to get decent players out of the portal, it will help, but his latest transfer ranking was abysmal, and they will do nothing but prolong the inevitable. For comparison, Fuente was considered to be a mediocre recruiter but his average was like 37.
