It worked out well that his friend and former employee sat in the seat being offered to him. It certaintly didn't hurt our chances with Franklin that Pry was so positive about VT and the role. But VT was the obvious landing spot for Franklin. It fits his geographical footprint, is a serious football program, and had just made a major financial commitment to football. Pry saying "It's a good job." wasn't the deciding factor. But I'm glad you at least returned to the original question.
