A question...
I have a question. From what I know about this coaching staff is that most of them(head man, oc, dc, etc.) have been successful at other schools.
So why can't they be successful at VT? I believe the variable is the talent in the player pool. With out the talent you can't be successful. Things won't get better until we get better players.
