I'm always downplaying recruiting and that doesn't work for some people.

I'm always trying to point out that recruiting is BS and that's certainly offensive to those who work in the recruiting industry. It would also be distressing to people who have spent a lot of time and money following recruiting. It can certainly be interesting but a large percentage of these guys will leave you disappointed. My overall message is to don't get too excited until the players show up for practice on campus.
