You might be missing my point

The better you recruit, the more likely you are to win. Because something isn't exact doesnt render it meaningless. 1 in 2 humans that fall from a height of 40 feet die. Common sense tells us...the higher the fall, the greater likelihood of death. Is the above exact? Nope, some people defy all odds and survive much higher heights or succumb to dying at only 20 feet. If you are debating whether there's a dramatic difference in 15th best in recruiting compared to 19th? Of course there's not, but the wider the gap, 1 verses 40th, common sense hoods true.
