With their strategy of primarily using the portal rather
than emphasizing high school recruiting and development the Hoos will likely be fairly decent for the forseeable future but not really better than that. They will not be the usual terrible team but never a very good or great program with this strategy;which means we probably will not run off the 10-15 year win streaks against them but will still win two-thirds to three-quarters of the time against them.
