FSU has hit bottom and is broke. UNC can fall a lot further and still has

$$$ to piss away. FSU has seemingly realized they have structural problems. UNC still thinks they are 1 hire away from Championships in football and basketball but still has little alignment between the BOV, alumni and the athletic dept UNC is worse IMO
