Virginia Beach "rubber stamps" any building project because it will...

...generate more revenue. They seem to ignore the traffic, which gets worse every time a new development or apartment complex goes in... Who cares about improving the road infrastructure when you can just keep generating more tax dollars? I discovered they also don't give a crap about wildlife. It just doesn't hold a candle to more construction. There was an eagle's nest that had been there for years, and eagles kept returning to raise their young. VB gave the approval to tear it down so someone could build another apartment building.
