That is a big IF......

and the second part of the question is what would qualify as a Cignetti - like splash at UCLA for Chesney in his first year? Those are two fairly large questions, IMO, and that is even before speculating whether that type of success at IU or UCLA would likely be replicable at VT on a similar scale and timeline.
