If the powers that be would tighten up on the easy passing rules which actually encourage defenses to converge at the few places on the field where the ball is likely to go - because they’ve been so neutered otherwise - you would have fewer concussion type collisions. But that would mean less offense and scoring - and there ain’t no way they’re going to do that. But please stop the sanctimony with these rules as though they’re only possibility for reducing head injuries.
