Agree Tennessee is not a state or especially a University you want to be

in bed with. But as to how you break rules that aren’t even rules is unimaginable. It’s liking having an unlimited budget and then overspending it ! Only masters cheaters like UT could pull it off. ** Edited by uber hokie at 1/31/2024, 7:13:12 PM
