in football before doesn't mean they didn't have the means, just that the school did not have the will. IMHO that is true for all teams in the P2 and especially those "flagship" large state institutions. The P2 money was just not spent on winning football before. They are not the "little engine that could." They are just where any P2 team can be, especially the state universities. They can be pointed to as to what UVA can be in the P2. I hope they lose.
