Agree w your criteria, however offense is why JF isn't still at PSU...

He didn't put elite offenses on the field, and why he struggled in the biggest games. We know this all too well, its the exact same reason Beamer struggled in big games too. In the modern game, you GOTTA be able to score to win big more than ever before.
