Well, it's more than a theory. It would be contractual.

I posted the revenue sharing contract previously, so if he "red shirted" he would be in non compliance. I can't speak to his NIL contract, but if he red shirted and we quit using his Name Image or Likeness, I would assume he would be in non-compliance there also. The question would then be, do VT and Triumph have the intestinal fortitude to take the non-compliance route. And, I'm on record as saying he is making the most money he'll ever make playing football in his life.
